Anyone interested in starting 30 day shred?

I'm going to be starting 30ds monday with a couple friends on fb, and was wondering if anyone else would like to start on here too? I listened to one of her old podcasts a couple months ago and she suggested two days shred a cardio day (I'm planning on elliptical and BfBM) two days shred a cardio day rest repeat. I'm wanting to try it this way because I always do it straight through and while Ive lost a bunch of inches I never lose more than a pound or two :(
