Going to be one of those days....

...where I have to crunch numbers all day to stay on plan. Worked an accident scene last night so started with my first meal at 2 am. Here it is just after 9am and I've already made my step goal and am half way to my calories burn goal for the day. Means extra meals/snacks today to keep on my eating something every 3 -4 hours to make it through the WHOLE day without feeling puny and weak. Numbers GEEK that I am, I HATE my numbers being "off. " Anyone else have a range or "sweet spot" for their daily numbers that works for them and it just makes your brain hurt if you deviate (or is it just me?) :huh: Add to that the little-to-no sleep thing, and I'll be working to NOT be a cranky wench all day. :laugh: Here's to Pumpkin Spice Tea to make my morning! :drinker:
