So I've been trying to lose weight for all of one week. And with the exception of today I have cheated on my diet every single day so far. So I'm considering today day one of my slim and sexy challenge.

Honestly I never really tried to lose weight before but with 100 pounds to lose its past time I start. I know its going to be hard but I am willing and lets face it just a tad desperate to lose weight.

  • Hi! We all need steady encouragement to motivate us to keep sticking to our diets. I am having such a hard time losing the last 15 lbs and I'm getting very frustrated with it. I recently started the Atkins Diet to see if that might help be break through and lose the last 15 lbs. Keep motivated and think of how slim and sexy you will be once you have conquered it.
  • Well I am way past the point where I should of started dieting a long time ago .:embarassed: I am 300 lbs and weight has been my concern all my life. I starved myself in highschool and became very ill but when i started to eat again to avoid being hospitalized the weight just piled on and after two children I am the heaviest I have ever been and I am disgusted. It has hindered me from enjoying time with my family and doing the activities I love like swimming and walking and playing with my kids.:sad: I absolutely refuse to wear a swimsuit, shorts, tanktops,the less skin the better. It is time for a life change!!!
