Ugh pounding

My heart feels like a bass drum when I'm on the elliptical. Anyone else with this problem?

    My heart feels like a bass drum when I'm on the elliptical. Anyone else with this problem?

    I can definitely tell when I transition from my aerobic zone to my anaerobic zone. I hit a HR of 139 ish, and you can feel the pounding in my carotids. I figure my contractility just kicked it up a notch.

    I had heart palpations yesterday whilst deadlifting, not sure if it was the caffeine I had though
