Hello from Windsor, Ontario, Canada! I heard about this site from a morning talkshow and decided to check it out. I'm 5 feet and weigh 134 lbs. It doesn't sound like a lot but being short every extra lb shows! I've tried counting calories before but I always conveniently lost my notebook or forgot what I ate. At 40 I really want this time to be the last time I fight the battle of the bulge. Here I go!

    My sister lived in Windsor for about 12 years, just moved home to Toronto earlier this year.

    This is a great site! I am in Ontario as well I am on the opposite of side London though.

    Good Luck and I find it is much easier to account for calories on here.
