Always Hungry!

I've been on MFP for almost a year now and have had some success and have found the 1700 cal a day limit fine for the most part, but recently i've just found myself hungry all the time! I'm finding it hard to stay under for the last month and just cant seem to lose anymore either. I'm eating 3 times a day and snacking if I can afford it but just always have that hunger there!

Stats and an open diary might help.

Make sure that your calorie level is appropriate for you activity. If you aren't already, log your exercise and eat back some of your earned calories.

If you don't already know your BMR and TDEE, that might be a good place to start adjusting your calorie levels: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

Also make sure you're getting enough fiber, fat and protein in your diet. These help us to stay fuller and more satisfied longer.

Do you exercise? Do you eat your exercise calories like you're supposed to? When I did MFP my net goal was 1850 to lose 1 Lb per week...with exercise I averaged 2100 - 2200 calories per day most days and steadily and easily lost 1 - 1.5 Lbs per week without being hungry, irritable, etc.

Maybe it's time to adjust your loss rate goal.

This seems like good advice OP.

Also, upping protein and healthy fats if they are in your budget can help.

Make sure you drink plenty of water too, but you probably know that already.

so high fibre foods will fill you up longer also along with the water.
