Tonight it's chicken breasts sauteed in Newman's Own with some steamed veggies. Simple. I like simple. :-)

Homemade pizza, using naan bread as a base, topped with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, olives, a little salami and finished with goats cheese. Served with a glass of red wine.

I worked extra hard in the gym to earn this.

Chicken breast in a bun with cheese, bacon, barbecue sauce and salad with a baked potato followed by a strawberry yoghurt. It was fabulous!

I ended up having southwest white chicken chili soup, roasted chestnuts, fava beans and this yummy frozen pineapple mango thing :)

Friday's are steak night....and usually lots of beer too. Going to grill up some beef tenderloin and roast some fingerling potatoes...some veg on the side...probably roasted Brussel's sprouts. I have some Alaska Winter Ale in my garage fridge with my name on it...maybe kickoff the evening with a nice bourbon as well.
    NICE! :drinker:

Easy dinner night here - meatball sandwiches with a glass of red wine.

I had sauteed kale with grilled leftover steak, poblano peppers, mushrooms, and shallots. For dessert, 1/4 cup Dannon light & fit vanilla greek yogurt with Dole frozen (thawed) mixed fruit.

The other advantage of being an adult is that you can have your dessert first!

Meh she ended up bringing home a frozen pizza and oven fries. Soon I will be buying my own food, I will be broke but at least I can eat healthily!
