goal adjustment

I've lost over 10 pounds so far (yay!) and MFP recalculated my daily calorie goals, dropping them by 60 calories per day. My question is this: I'm still losing relatively quickly, about 1.5 kilos per week for 4 weeks now. I know 60 calories isn't really much, but would it make sense for me to wait until my weight loss slows to below the 2 pounds per week that I want to drop my calorie intake to MFP's recommended level?

You usually lose quickly the first few weeks especially if you have a lot to lose. 60 calories a day won't make much difference either way.0

If you're happy with your current loss, absolutely keep your calories the same. Go to goals>custom and you can input your calorie goal manually
. I had the same issue with iifym, I actually needed more than what was calculated for me and have been losing more than it had said.

You can manually change it back up. I like to eat. 60 calories matters to me. :-)0

Thanks for your replies! I just manually changed it back. I want to eat every last calorie I can for as long as I can, lol0
