White meat suggestions?

I've always been pretty picky with meat. I never enjoyed beef or steak or any red meat. Dark meat is okay but I always prefer white for whatever reason.
I have chicken breasts basically every week and although I love it and will continue to eat it, I need to somehow add in more options.
I've been looking into maybe trying more turkey or pork but I don't have them often and don't know what's the best choice (chops, tenderloin, what? LOL) calorie-wise..
I also really enjoy fish so any help is appreciated ;-;

    I buy big pork shoulders (pork butt, picnic shoulder) and cook them in the oven with a spice rub at 250F for like 8 or 9 hours, until you can just shred them with a fork. You can make it pretty lean as most of the fat cooks out, or you can add some of that fat back in to add calories. The pulled pork can be used for sandwiches, carnitas, salads, burritos, etc... I just have a plate of it with a bit of bbq sauce and coleslaw. Costs less than $2/lb and can be frozen in individual servings. Makes about 6 or 7 lbs of meat.

    Calorie-wise, for pork, tenderloin is probably the best option ... Shrimp is also great, and scallops ...
