What challenges have you set yourself?

I set myself a challenge of completing a Body Sculpt class at my gym.

May not sound hard but it was a difficult challenge for me being over weight and seriously unfit.
The first class I went to, I lasted a whole 10 mins....didn't even complete the warm up.
I felt dizzy after 6 mins and tried to carry on but I just had to lie down, then go vomit and lie back down before I stopped shaking enough to drive myself home.
I was so ashamed of myself and embarrassed because I could see everyone turning to look at me. So I embarked on shifting some weight and training so I could join the class again and finish it. It was 3 months before I plucked up the courage to go back. My instructor kept telling me how far I had come and that I could do the class and asking me to go and try. I finally gave in to prove him wrong lol,
60 minutes later, sweating and smiling, I did that damn class without stopping once!! I was thrilled. It was the best day yet, even better than getting on the scales and losing 3lbs the week before.

So now I need to set myself a new challenge.
I don't know what this will be yet but wondered what goals you guys set for yourself (apart from the weight loss).

My goal is to be able to do at least 3 in a row unassisted pull-ups, hopefully I'll be able to do 1 by New Years. I weigh 158 and do assisted pull ups 3 times a week. My last session I was able to do 1 set of 8 with 55 pounds of assistance, then 2 sets of 6 with 55 pounds assistance, then my last set was only 3 but with only 45 pounds of assistance. A month ago I was really struggling to get 1 set of 8 with 75 pounds helping me. They're certainly not easy, but they're getting better as I'm (slowly) losing weight.
