I found a link to an Arby's webpage that will show you the nutritional information for any of their food items.
* It will allow you to pick and choose what you want to order for your meal.
* It will allow you to customize your sandwich by choosing what items you want on your sandwich, e.g. you can choose to leave off the mayo and it will adjust the nutritional information accordingly.

I hope y'all find it useful.

Me too, that's why I was on the website. My wife said Arbys is what we were having for supper so I HAD to figure out something.0 -

Thank you for the info. I checked out the website and found it. This is so cool, I didn't know restaurants did this.
These types of tools makes it easier to make informed decisions and record accurate eating log entries.0 -

Thank you.
I knew restaurants posted their nutritional information, but I hadn't seen one where you could add and take away toppings and it would recalculate the nutritional information. I did a little digging because you got me curious and this is what I discovered.
Arby's does... as mentioned.
Burger King does.
Hardees does.
Moe's southwest grill does.
Subway does... as mentioned earlier.
Chick-fil-A does not.
Dairy Queen does not.
Del Taco does not.
Dominos does not.
Firehouse Subs does not.
Jersey Mike's Subs does not.
Little Caesars does not.
McDonalds does not.
Pizza Hut does not.
Quiznos does not
Sonic does not.
Taco Bell does not.
Wendy's does not.
Zaxby's does not.
Papa John's Pizza - I don't know... stupid website.
Sorry the list is so long. I was getting bummed out because there are so few that have this feature that I just kept looking trying to find any of them that do have it.0 -
Wendy's certainly does. Dominos does, I've used both, multiple times. Wendy's even has a mobile app.
McDonald's does also, I just used it.0 -
Panera Bread does, too!0

As someone who used to eat fast food frequently and slowly worked off it when I started calorie counting, I recall Arby's being particularly terrible for you. Very few reasonable options.0
-
Thank you. I went back and looked again.
I finally found the one for McDonalds.
I can not figure out how to do it on the Dominos nor the Wendy's websites though. A link or instructions for either or both would be appreciated.
The more choices I have the easier it will be to stay on track when my wife says that we are going out to eat.0 -

Thank you for the reply. My father says pretty much all pre-prepared food is worse that making it yourself, especially take out.
Yes I will agree, but when the wife says we are having carry out for supper, we are having carry out for supper. At least with the website I can get accurate nutritional information to record.
For instance, the other night I got Arby's smokehouse brisket sandwich without mayo which has 560 calories... if I remember correctly. It was the only thing I ate at that meal.
