hey there,
i have lost 60 and i am very proud of myself, i just cant seem to drop the last ten for my goal. i have hit plateaus before, as everyone on a weight loss journey has, and i do the normal 'shake it up' thing to my diet and such. just curious of others experiences with their plateaus, and how you overcame them.

I lost, maintained and stopped being diligent. Gained 10 lbs back and am working on getting those off. It is very slow. I think that losing is easier than maintaining as it is fun and satisfying to see the number on the scale go down. However, the closer to your goal weight, the % you are losing is higher and therefore the time to lose is slower. I know this is not a great thing but.... we MUST stay with the plan. This will get you ready for maintaining. I know I need a lesson in patience!!!0
