Bloating sucks :(

Hi guys, so I have been experiencing a problem within the last few days. I've almost reached by goal weight, I just need 5 more kilos to lose. I've been sticking to a 1200 calories diet and I've lost a couple of pounds, but I'm gaining belly fat. My belly looks huge, like I'm pregnant (I'm not)!! I know that a high sodium and carb diet can lead to bloating, but I've cut my carbs down from 200 to 100-150 grams and I'm drinking 4L of water everyday. Is there something wrong with eating 1200cal/day or do I need to drink more water? I'm 148cm tall and weigh around 54-55 kilos. My goal weight is 45kg but as of now, I'd be happy with 50 kg. Any tips and pointers to what's wrong and how I can change my diet to avoid this pregnant belly problem?

Having a protruding belly could be the result of so many things. You could have an intolerance to a certain food, you could be having GI distress, too many artificial sweeteners, too much or too little fiber, too much or too little water, too much or too little calories in general. If you've been eating low calories for a very long time, your digestion could be slowed down and the delay in the digestion process could be causing gas. If you've been working out, your ab muscles could have gotten larger, but a small layer of fat is covering it up so that you look thicker.
I mean, I don't. Know what you've been doing or eating, so this is all just speculation. Do you think any of those things could be the culprit?0 -
Are you constipated? I didnt poo for almost a month once and my belly was HUGE. Finally pooped and voila, I was normal again.0

Typical reasons for bloating, too much salt, time of the month. Working out usually gets rid of the excess water and helps with this feeling and when all else feels I use the Dyrietix pill for bloating that makes you go pee all day lol0

Sometimes as you lose weight you start noticing things like your belly because you can see it more. Poor posture is one issue. Are you standing up straight with your butt tucked under or sticking your butt out with your back arched so it makes your belly protrude? Do you have good core muscles to hold your belly in and give support?
Belly fat is usually the last thing to go so it often becomes more noticeable as you lose in other areas.0
