Very Low RMR... Now What?

So two weeks ago I had my RMR tested at a dietician's office. I was surprised at the results. It came out to just 1140. A little about me : I'm 5'3, 28 years old, work out 5 days a week (typically circuit training like Jillian Michaels stuff) and have been hovering between 128- 130 for the past few months. 18 months ago I weighed 120 pounds and in the process of trying to get to 115, ended up gaining 10 pounds instead and am where I at now. The past year I've tried to eat bw 1300-1600 calories a day, most days on the lower end but some days higher. I wanted to see my real RMR because I was sick of nothing working. I've heard that I should take the RMR number and multiply it by activity factor (1.375 for me - slightly active) I work out 5 days a week for 35 min (an hour on Sundays) and have a job where I'm standing/walking all day for 9 hours. This number gives me 1567. Is this the number of calories I should be eating per day? Or less? Because when the dietician plugged my stats into her computer , it said to eat 1280 calories a day, not to eat exercise calories back because she already included that activity in her calculations. This seems just so low though. Any thoughts or experiences with this RMR testing? I'm willing to do whatever it takes.

HI.I was wondering how this turned out for you? I just got mine done today and it was 1000. I am 5'6 and 110 and exercise 5 to 6 times a week. I used to have a really high metabolism so I am figuring I did this to myself by too much cardio. I am also not getting a period at the moment - but my body fat percentage is fine so who knows. I am reading about reverse dieting and metabolic damage repair but it is so confusing. The dietician told me I should eat 1200 calories a day if I don't want to gain weight. I just want my metabolism back!!!0

If your job requires you to stand/move all the time, you're at least moderately active.
My RMR is 1159. I have a BodyMedia Fit, which measures calorie burn by looking at 5 different measurements. I, too, am on my feet all day, and I generally burn between 2100-2500 calories. I bet you could eat more than 1500 calories and lose weight.0
