Getting back on the saddle

I'm starting to get back on track again and logging again, I walk .8th of a mile 5 days a week and 6 miles on Sunday's . I need some friends that are going to be brutally honest. Right now just doing the walking I have two bad knee's i injuried while doing Insanity and C25K 6 months ago and don't have acess to a gym. Been trying to eat better, i wake up at 720 to get the kids ready for school (4 kids ages 7,4,3 & 1 ) get them all together and get them to school then am at work from 10-7 5 days a wk and 8-7 on saturdays

    Hi! I'm Jess, mom to 4 kiddos ages 19,11, 9 and 5. I have been married since 2001 and am currently fulltime university student in my 2nd year. I am starting Jillian's BR tomorrow for the 2nd time....the 1st time was just before I started school again and I found it hard to manage my time and school and kids, so now no more excuses, I have time and I plan to make time now. I am even going to put it in my calendar so I don't book anything for those times.

    I try to be a huge support and motivation to my mfp friends. I can be brutally honest and expect the same :)
