Hi everyone,

I've just migrated to MFP to provide a fresh start on resumed calorie counting. I lost about 35 lbs last year, and got myself to within 5 lbs of my goal weight through calorie tracking, intermittent fasting, and distance running. Then, five pounds from my goal weight, I developed a sports injury and (more or less concurrently) stopped tracking my calories. I instantly gained 10 lbs.

I've finally decided to stop hiding the weight gain from myself, go back to calorie and weight tracking, and generally try to recover my A-game.

I've heard great things about MFP, so thought I'd head over here for a fresh start.
