Help please!

Hi everyone,
First time posting on this board, but was just wondering if anyone is able to give me some advice/has any thoughts.
Im 5 foot 4 and have always weight about 10 stone. Sometimes I'm up or down a wee bit, but nothing drastic.
Anyway, at the beginning of the year I went through a bit of a bad time at work and ended up being off sick with stress. I gained a bit, but to be honest, exercise was the best thing for me and it certainly didn't get out of control. By June this year everything was fine again, and I feel completely normal :-). Also, in March I changed from the implant to cerazette (I have been on this before with no worries).
Anyway, since march I have gained 18lbs! I've been to the doctor and am getting bloods done next week to check my thyroid but does anyone have any other ideas? I'm exercising 3-5 times a week (a mix of a personal training session, body combat, spinning, swimming and weights). My trainer is also a nutritionist and is happy with my diet (lots of lean protein and veg, but also some fruit, good fat, good carbs). I don't drink much alcohol and I hate all fizzy drinks, hot drinks so all I drink is water. I actually feel great for how I'm eating - just big! Plus I'm on my feet all day with my job. It's not just weight, I'm also gaining inches.
I'm getting married next year and am genuinely worried that my dress will be too small for me (even though its 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear and I was hoping to get it taken in).

I found out that I was allergic to wheat so I stopped eating it for 1 week and lost 5 inches from my stomach and 4 pounds...
Ask your doctor to do an allergy test as I'm 20 and I only just found out that I shouldn't be eating wheat :-)0 -

You can't outrun a bad diet.
If you are putting on weight, you are eating in a calorie surplus. It's not the type of foods that count, but how much of them you eat. You need to weigh and measure everything you eat and log it religiously.
Keep up the exercise, but don't think that is the be all and end all of the equation.
Exercise is fantastic for stress, but you need to get your calories down at the same time.

have them check for any diary intolerance as well, it's another common one most people aren't aware that they have that can really contribute not only to weight, but overall health and wellness good luck!0
