:noway: oh no! I got a salad for my dinner and there was a little tub of french dressing in it - I mean little - just 50g.

I just entered it on mfp and it contained 229 calories!! with 22 grams of fat!! :noway:  :frown:

Im so ragin, will defo be entering new foods before eating from now on :grumble:

I wonder will my body store any of that fat now? eep.

Oh ouch! Salad dressing is insidious. I've taken to just dipping my fork in it (especially in a restaurant where I'm not sure what I'm getting).

I always try to enter my meal before I eat it, for planning purposes. Half the time I wind up changing something because I change my mind, but I find it helps me to get my mind around how much I can have.

But we all make mistakes sometimes. Congratulate yourself on having a salad instead of some nasty appetizer like fried mozzarella sticks (fried fat, I call them). Mistakes are for a moment--it's the things we do ALL the time that cause us trouble.
