I'm thinking about starting Kickboxing and I'm just wondering if anyone has had an positive results with kickboxing?

    Hi GS1941- I've been attending kickboxing classes regularly since April 2013. I attend at least 3x per week and LOVE IT!! I go to a ILOVEKICKBOXING.COM school that is local to me in NJ. It's a wonderful program. It's helped me lose a few pounds and I can see my arms, legs & stomach are getting toned. I've also noticed an increase in my energy levels, strength & endurance. I highly recommend it. As with any exercise regime you'll need to eat clean to really see results. Hope this is a help to you. Good Luck!
