    Yeah, he kicks my butt...he has me following a different food program...but it is working....

    I started recording my food and calories on Jan. 1, but didn't find MFP until a few weeks later. It has been my lifesaver! Trying to record calories with pen and paper and keep track of it all is so time consuming. This site makes it so much easier!
