I started Couch 2 10k training today and I'm ADDICTED! I love running, it's one of my favorite things to do. After my run today I feel amazing. Nothing on my body feels tired, hurt or stressed.
My questions is: Can I run tomorrow? I know the program recommends running 3 days a week. I plan on taking a rest day on Monday.
Should I listen to the program or my body?

IMO, you should follow the recommended rest days. They are there for a reason - mainly to prevent injuries and give your body time to recover. I would recommend doing crosstraining on your rest days, e.g. core strengthening or upper body workout.0
