I'm starting to waver

Before i joined MFP, i think my body was in starvation mode because i was rarely hungry, most times if i ate, it was because i felt i should and not because i was hungry. Breakfast was maybe once a week, had lunch occasionally and would always have a big meal for dinner which includes snacking on all sorts of sugary junks.
After joining MFP, I made a meal plan, figured this would help me stay on target. I have lost some weight, might be water weight and not fat but drop something, i did.
Since yesterday, i've started feeling like it's such an hassle to eat again when i'm not even hungry but i have fought the feeling and ate regardless because otherwise, i would be on less than 1000kcal a day.
I want to know if anyone else has ever felt like this and how you all stayed motivated.

I hadnt eaten breakfast or lunch for 15 years. When I started eating again, with MFP, I started making it a habit. If I waited until I felt hungry to eat, I'd go days without food (last time it happened, I didnt eat for three days
. Only THEN did I feel hungry)

There's no such thing as starvation mode. These links may help you identify.

It may seem like a hassle at first, but once you get a few meals logged and stored, it gets easier. For those really tough things (like a smorgasbord), I use an entry of bust guess. Used it yesterday morning if you want to take a look.0
