This is so good! I haven't cooked with teff before. Was looking for Bob's Red Mill quinoa and was sold out at my grocery store. So I bought Bob's Red Mill teff instead. Was approximately $7 for the typical size Bob's bag.
Ingredients:
cooked teff (I just boiled a half cup of dry teff with one cup of water and a tablespoon of honey)
two tablespoons of chopped dried dates
cinnamon to taste
two tablespoons of slivered almonds
splash of unsweetened almond milk
Yum!
