hello....I 've always been obese.Recently I lost alot of weight. However my belly looks weird.I have a huge pot belly(like men have).I have leaned out everywhere else , yet my belly hasn't bulged. It kind of feels very hard.Could this be PCOS/hormonal imbalance.I also have a bit of excess facial hair.My weight always seemed to be beyond control.Anyone with such problems?

Try cutting out the high intolerance foods for 21-30 days and see if it's extreme bloating from a intolerant you may have. Also may be that you need to focus on abb and core strength. That 7 high intolerance foods are wheat (glutinous) corn fats like vegetable oil. (Use olive oil or coconut oil when cooking, peanuts, dairy (cheese milk eggs), soy, sugar and artificial sweeteners. (You can use stevia. Try cutting those out and see what happens. After 21 days you can add each one back in slowly. If you have a reaction to them you will know its a problem and never to eat it again. I did this and found out I can't use soy, artificial sweeteners, wheat/glutinous products (I have to do glutinous free) or dairy. Be careful though, you will crave some of these foods. Fight the cravings and it will go away after a couple days. It's just you immune system telling you that it can't fight something it can't find and asking you to eat it so that it can fight it. After 21 days you will know what you can and can't have.0
