Whats your work out routine?

Im looking for some help in the weight lifting department. im as green as it gets when it comes to the topic. Im looking for some help on developing a workout routine that will work my upper and level body. I go to the gym 5 days a week (6 when i can) and i have about 3hrs worth of gym time to spare so the workout length or intensity is not an issue.

    Bodybuilding.com has a TON of programs for you to check out. I would start there if I were you.
