Hi There!

Hi Everyone,

At the beginning of the year, I weighed close to 300lbs. My fitness activity was zero and my job was as sedentary as it gets.
Fast forward to today and I've lost over 80lbs. I still have a long way to go as my BMI still shows I am overweight.
I just downloaded MFP and it certainly has a lot if functions. I'm hoping that it'll help me continue my weight loss journey!

I hope I'll be able to contribute to the community in a positive way and hope to make some fitness pals along the way.
