No Weigh November

Hey all!
I am making slow-but-steady progress here but know that I spend way too much time obsessing over the number on the scale (like if I weigh myself 3x a day...what is that REALLY doing?). I know we're halfway through it but I am now going to do No Weigh November to focus on all of the things that I have been focusing on all along, but reminding myself that it is ultimately about health, and weight loss is just a benefit.

I'm pretty much doing it anyway because my scale is in another state right now. I'm just trying to focus on how my body feels.0
