Hey everyone! I finally got the wake up call I needed when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes on my 30th birthday. I have three kids who need their mother, especially my little girl who has Down syndrome. I need to get healthy and it's just time to kiss this weight good bye! I would love to make some friends along the way!! :)
