Hi, I am new to the community. I am here to try to become healthier. I am considered by BMI overweight. I am 5 ft 2 in. my goal is to drop 30 lbs and stay there with a newer healthier lifestyle.
If anyone has advice for me to reach my goal I would love to hear from you and if you would like to add me as a friend I would appreciate the support and I will try to also be supportive.

Hello and welcome to the site. Good luck on your path to a healthier lifestyle. Portion control and just doing any type of activity is a great place to start. I noticed when I started logging my meals I felt really guilty of all the food I was eating and how bad it was for me. It put a lot of things into perspective for me. Be diligent in everything and the rewards will come.0
