nasi goreng malay style fried rice with bbq pork shrimp egg beanshots celery peas and onion would this be a healthy meal to order or would egg noodles with pork chicken meat crab seafood be a better option ? What's the healthiest and lowest calorie Chinese/ noodle dish or meal you know, and is beef and black bean a good choice

I would stay clear of the fried rice or egg noodles if you're trying to keep it lower calorie. Streamed brown rice would be your best bet if you need a noodle/rice base. You'd probably be best off with something meat based with a vegetable or a bean without the noodles or rice though. Even then, you'll probably only want to eat half of the portion and take the rest home for a different day since portions tend to be oversized. You can put meals into MFP to see generics that can give you a good calorie estimate.0
