So my husband was a drinker and he replaced alcoholic beverages with energy drinks... I was wondering if there is anything I could replace sweet eating with?

whole fruits? apples seem especially helpful and the good ones are just showing up this time of year.

Good for your husband, and good for you!

Dark Chocolate is good for you and will satisfy the sweet cravings.

Fresh fruit is always a good option.
Honey is good in moderation. ( Local Honey is good if you have allergy problems)

Fruit works for me, especially in the summer when there are so many lovely berries around.

I would say make a healthier choice on your end than what your husband is making..although, it is GREAT that he is replacing the alcohol, energy drinks quite frankly can have a TON of sugar and really not that good for you in general.

    fruit :)

Mix together plain greek yogurt, protein powder, banana, sugar free dry jello cheesecake mix and a bit of milk, throw oats in there too and you can call it breakfast.

    mmmmmm so good
