Can someone point me to some intense workouts?

I'm an 18 year old guy.
I just used a BMI calculator on six different websites and all results were 26-29% body fat.
That's terrible.
And I'm impatient so I'm wondering if there's any intense workouts that will make me lose like 6-8 pounds a week.
Or is that too unhealthy?
Because I just can't find motivation in it if I'm only losing 2 pounds a week.
I'd rather torture myself and lose more than 2 pounds.

    That is too unhealthy. At that rate of weightloss you aren't losing just fat, but muscle mass and other important things. You probably wouldn't be eating enough calories to think clearly either. But hard core workouts we can do. Do you have access to any of the following equipment?

    Olympic barbell and plates
    Weight Bench
    Squat rack
    Jump Rope
    Heavy Medicine Ball
    Running shoes?
