So when is someone going to upload P90X workouts into the "exercise diaries"? Does anyone believe that's even possible?

If you have uploaded it to the website, please share.

ALSO, I could use some public support. If you feel my pain or looking for support, add me as your MFPAL!

Thanks,

You could always do it :D I don't think it is in there though because I think there is a wide range of calories that could be burned. One of my customers burned over 900 calories in Chest and Back according to his heart rate monitor and I probably burned 500 (I don't have a HRM yet). I find that other things like aerobics and walking has a pretty consistent calorie burn.

If you just type in P90X you may find that I put in legs and back in the database. For plyo exercises I use cardiovascular and input the time and calorie burn from my heart rate monitor.

For Shoulders and Arms I can burn over 400 calories. More calories burned for Legs and Back, larger muscle group.

    Thanks (edorice). That's good advice!

To (BOGmama2010), why would I do that? That's what internet forums are for.
