Hello

I've been trying for years to get healthy. I exercise off and on. This year I have really tried hard. I started at the end of June trying to really work at it. I did great for awhile then lost all motivation. I'm still a little unmotivated but am making myself go to the gym and eat good. At my best I lost almost 20lbs. I have gained some of it back. I got down to 212 and am now around 216-220 depending on what scale I'm on. I can always use some motivation and will be more than happy to motivate anyone else that needs it. I'm not a jerk about it either. I can't stand when people try to motivate you by being rude or nasty. That's my story and where I'm at. Add me.
