Drinking lots of water helps you to stop overeating. I drank about 2 litres of water yesterday evening after i had finished my eating for the day and it really helped me to stop the night time snacking because it made me feel full.

    i agree! i started about a month or so ago drinking two glasses of water before each meal and two in the evening just the get my 8 glasses. the other day i was starving at lunchtime and couldnt figure out why. thats when i remembered i didnt drink my water. i didnt realise how much it was filling me up until then. No won't forget my water again! lol

    I drink 24 oz right after my workout and try to get in more during the day. Drinking water at night has helped me to stop snacking at night too.
