Bulk?

Hi all,
I'm a 24 yr old who regularly trains at the gym and essentially keeps fit. Was wondering whether I should start building some mass an if at present I'm too thin for my age, height...

My stats are 5'7" 123lbs 10% bf

    depends on your goals.

    If you are happy the way you look now. Then no.

    If you want to get stronger and aren't seeing lifting gains- then yes

    if you want more muscle definition and a little size then yes.

    the only person who really knows the answer is you.. but I have a friend who just competed- she is 5'8" and weighed in around 125... and she REALLY REALLY needs 6-9 months of bulking.

    I'm 160 at 5'8" and I"m trying to put on a little size- but I'm trying to put on size because i'm trying to hit certain lifts- and I can't do it with what i have right now LOL so after 4 months of essentially cutting- I'm bulking.

    Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

    was this a guy? if those are stats for a 24 yo male that lifts ....yes they should prolly bulk unless they are going for some form of endurance racing like biking or marathon running?
    if this was a female I'd say thats awesome I'm impressed :)
