I am so excited! I went to my library and they had most of Leslie Sandonsone's (sp?) videos. I rented all of them. They also had her book. I can renew them so I plan to keep them as long as possible. They also had a few videos for yoga and fitness for fibromyalgia. I am going to watch them and do them for the next few weeks. and then buy the one I like.

YAY for the library!!

  • I have two of her vidoes. I like the one with the five mile on it. I would like to see her book. Good luck with them.
  • I love Leslie! I have ^ of her DVDs! I had great results with them too. Size 24 - 16/ 18.

I agree - try them out for free and then buy the ones you like. I did the same with some exercise books and DVDs from my library. Netflix also has a TON of exercise DVDs you can try then decide what will work for you.

We don't have netflix here in Canada until fall but will check them out.

Jessica - That is a lot of weight lost. is that all from doing her videos??

I have several here, not sure which one to try first. My hips are hurting from the fibro so don't want one that is too intensive. But I am going to have a look at them now. I sure can't walk at 4mph yet. more like 2 or 3. There is one that also came with the book I might start with that one.

I will let you know what I think

Her book is great just explains her videos so you can do it without the videos. It also has a diary for a 6 week program to follow. I think I might copy the pages and return the book.

Awesome - I wish I would have rented a few of mine before I bought them lol I do have one of her DVDs though - it's the 5 mile one. I don't use it much anymore but I did find it pretty good!

Ok I just did the one mile walk in 15 mins and I must say that it was difficult with my hip and knee pain from fibro. but I did it anyways.

I might do another tonight yet! My hips hurt either way so might as well get skinny and have hip pain right?
