protein to fat ratio?

So, I have a question. Today at work one of my coworkers ( lost 80lbs this last year) told me that to find out if the food you are eating is good, the amount of protein should be at least double (if not triple) the amount of fat in the food. Is this true? Now I now you need the right amount of fats and protein but is this correct? he said his nutritionist told him this
