I really like using the reports feature to see if I'm getting enough nutrients. Does anyone know how they are calculated? Are they pretty accurate? I am pretty confident that I eat well. It frustrates me to not meet the nutritional marks when I eat loads of raw spinach and broccoli. I cannot seem to get enough potassium, calcium or iron (especially not without going over my calories for the day.) Any advice??
