Stomach and Weight Loss

Hey all,

I'm running pretty regularly, and I'm losing weight, but I want to focus on my stomach fat. Anyone have know any good resources for focusing on the middle section?

    That's a great question, however, there are no simple tricks to target one area. Fat will come off everywhere when losing weight and eventually the belly area. That is the first place I gain and the last place I lose. It sucks!

    At least 3x a week 30 min moderate-vigorous aerobics as well as weight training on opposite day or even same day depending on what you can get in.

    What are you doing now? How is your eating habits?
  • You can't spot reduce. Your body will lose the fat wherever it wants to.

    With that said, you need to make sure your diet is in check. Abs are made in the kitchen and refined at the gym.
