I know this type of Question has been asked many times by people trying to lose weight. I am eating a surplus to pack on the muscle with hopefully little fat. Would it be in my best interest to eat those cals back to feed the muscle, or because I am currently in a surplus. Would I be spilling over.

I don't understand your question. I think what your asking is if your maintenance is 2500 and you're bulking at 3000 and you burn 500, (which puts you back at 2500), then should you eat back that 500 calories you burned.
The answer is yes. If you do not you will no longer be in a surplus.0 -

No problem I had the same question before I started my bulk, was not eating my cals back and was still losing. I thought how could I still be losing on 3300 cals. I got my answer and fixed it asap.0
