Hello Pals!

Hello fitness pals. After vegging out for the last few years, a firm scolding from my doctor has woke me up to my ways and I have vowed to get myself back in shape. I am hoping myfitnesspal will give me some motivation and keep me on track. I am not terribly overweight but could stand to lose 20 lbs or so. My blood pressure needs to come down a bit also. Hope to gain a lot from the forum but will definitely contribute when I can. See yall around and good luck with your goals.
