Meal replacement recipes question
HI,
Does it matter what brand of meal replacement powder you use with a recipe? I see a lot of really good sounding recipes but most are for the shakeology brand. I simply can not afford their price. I can use Myoplex lite and afford to do a meal replacement for lunch (my worst meal). Can I use any recipe?
