Has anyone ever tried carb cycling? I was thinking of trying.

Yes. Carb cycling rocks. I would do 3 days of low carb intake followed by 1 day of high carb intake. I got into the best shape of my life while carb cycling.0

I started what they call Turbo cycling.
Low carb on Mon and Tues
high carb on wed
low carb on Thu and Fri
High carb on Sat
reward day on Sun0 -
low carb like 11 or 50 carbs and high like what 200? right now I'm on low carb 26 carbs foir me I would like numbers if you can please and thank you

And the reward day is just a free day of worrying about numbers? Not a binge day, I get that, but just a day where you dont have to count? And do we still eat at like a tdee les 20% deficit on both the low and high carb days?0

I'm starting on the Turbo carb cycle today. I was wondering the same thing about carb numbers on low and high days. Maybe it'll be figuring it out as I go what works for me.0

I started last Monday and am down 2.8 pounds. I am trying to keep my calories at 1400 or lower. You will also want to drink about a gallon of water a day because unfortunately low carb foods are high in sodium. I didn't do the reward day. I consider the high carb days as my reward!!!0

So in a week I have lost an inch off my waist, 1/2 inch off my hips, and 1/2 inch off my right thigh. I am doing some strength training and cardio as well!!0
