I have an ed i think its getting worse at uni, especially as I am in control of everything (or not in control it would seem)
lots of purging, binging, fasting, excessive sport, and stealing other people cereal when I am out of control in binge mode and its so embarrassing, i say sorry and ill pay them back for taking food but its such a waste and Im a vile human being...should I tell them how much i am struggling? I havent told anyone how bad I am though, they probably dont know I sometimes skip all the meals and binge and purge etc... I know its not normal but to me it feels so normal, they say I eat weird but i dont think they know im hurting inside

You should definitely tell someone, if not your flatmates then perhaps a counsellor at the University or your parents. Being away at uni is a very stressful time and you sound like you need a bit of help getting through it.0

YES BY ALL THE GODS AND THEIR WACKY NEPHEWS TELL SOMEONE - preferably someone who can either get you help or help you directly.
Student services will be able to point you in the right direction.
Good luck!0 -
