Supplement help!!!

I want to start getting serious and the most out of my workouts. So have been researching supplements but I'm drowning in info! So far I'm most intrigued by thermogenics, shredher is specific, and cellucor c4. Can anyone give me suggestions on what supplements I should take and for what?
And could I take both c4 and shredher?!
For informational purposes I'm 19, female, 5 7, 135 pounds, and currently doing the iifym thing.
