I'd go for the 250g grassfed rump (try to eat about half the steak if you want to be really good - 250g is about 2 servings normally), no chips, and with steamed vegetables, mustard sauce.0

Or go for the salmon and see if you can swap the risotto for steamed veges?0

I would go for the salmon. I would guess that the risotto would only be a smallish serve so would probably not bother to swap it and just eat a reasonable amount. Mmmmmmm!!!0

The roast vegetable pizza might actually be fine if it is only fresh mozzerella as the cheese and not a lot of oil. Would not recommend BBQ sauce. The salmon (even though pesto can be really high calorie) or salmon salad w/balsamic (if you don't mind the calories of avocado) might be good choices.0
