I'm new to fitness pal. I am very inspired by all of you who have been doing a great job losing weight! I am going to do my best to make wise food choices and work out everyday. My goal is to lose 30lbs. I have lost it many times before but this time I want to lose it in a healthy way and keep it off.

  • Thanks for the welcome everyone! Doreen I am going to plan my meals ahead of time and stay away from fast food. I have started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred in the mornings, taking a dance class twice a week and taebo in the evenings. Just have to stick to it.:bigsmile:
