Scared of not getting where I want to...HELP!

So today, I have re-started on MFP and my diet and workout plans. I can't seem to just shake the feeling of "what if this..." "what if that..."
A little run through:
Originally started at 160lbs. from being 130lbs. I gained 30 from stress and depression...I'm a binge eater
Started MFP and lost 20lbs. and than just forgot about MFP and losing weight
Became pregnant, miscarried...got stressed, struggled through depression, turning to food for comfort, and lost track of time
Gained about 50lbs!!!!!!! You could only imagine how much that didn't make anything better.
So rather than sitting on my *kitten* with a tub of ice cream and a bag of lays crying, I decided to snap the f*** out of it and actually take charge of my life. "ENOUGH BEING A BIG FAT BABY!"
SW: 195
GW:115
Height: 5'5
Age: 21
What if something happens and I end up not losing the weight?
What if I don't end up looking at all what I wanted to?
What if trying only brings more stress?
WHY AM I EVEN STRESSING ABOUT IT NOW?
Goodness gracious...I'm a mess. Is there anyone else out there that feels the way I do when you first started? Did you try to lose weight and went the complete opposite direction?
I'm looking for friends that can help motivate me and share their stories with me. I need some inspiration.

You have gone through a lot....that's for sure.
After my mother's suicide I gained a ton of weight. I was over 300 pounds. I lost 120 pounds and then gained 60.
It has been a ride...that's for sure.
One thing I can say...is that you are capable of doing whatever the hell you want to do. Don't doubt yourself. Don't even consider the possibility of failure.
You are obviously a trooper. Keep pushing forward. You seem to be like me...you analyze things entirely too much. Stop thinking....just do it.
Realize that when you analyze things too much you begin to conjure up realities that wouldn't exist otherwise. You can then start to make those fabrications become real.
Again, do what works and stop thinking so much. Take it one step at a time. You are probably looking into the future entirely too much. You cannot predict "what ifs" you can only calculate "what is".
You will do great. You have already proven you can handle tough situations.0 -
Thank you so much for sharing and you're awesome for doing so. I do think too much and have started to realize when I'm doing it to keep myself from coming up with "excuses" or a reason to psyche myself out. Thanks again!0

I think exercise really helps me with getting to my goals and being determined...
I thought I'd always be plump, etc but now I really feel great. People who I live with are noticing my weight loss...and they see me everyday..
Focus one day at a time - eating nutritious good clean food and regular exercise....and experimenting with recipes, classes and various activities
YOLO!0
