Smoking! Working towards being smoke-free but it seems to be so hard. I quit for almost a year a while ago, but when things get tough I tend to reach for a pack. Hoping to one day be smoke-free for life. Exercising and eating healthy seems to help - motivates me to be all around healthy.0

worrying and taking things too personally
I have gotten a lot better after counseling for my GAD but yeah, still need to work on that.
I'd replace it with drinking more hot tea, especially Tazo decaf chai (plain)...mmm
Actually this is kind of what I do at work on stressful days...instead of dwelling/worrying about whatever's going on I enjoy a nice cup of tea.0 -
